Teacher Training with Essential School of Yoga & Holistic Health

200hr Yoga Alliance registered and approved Teacher Training course starting in Dublin February 2007. This part time course is dedicated to the personal development of experienced practitioners to become Yoga Teachers. Experience an enhanced journey of self-discovery as a person, a student and a teacher. This course is also suitable for those wishing to complement their practice with greater knowledge and spiritual awareness.
Course content will include:
· Philosophy and Ethics through the teachings of Patanjali · Pranayama, Mudras and Mantras. · Anatomy & Physiology · Teaching Methodology · Chakras, Nadis and the Subtle Body · Asana: Training will explore different focuses, including strong vinyasa techniques (such as Dynamic) and the spine awakening approach of Scaravelli.
Teachers The course will be delivered to you by Sarah and Denise, along with guest lecturers and teachers (to be confirmed).
Essential School of Yoga & Holistic Health
Denise Sheerin is an experienced, passionate and sensitive teacher. She brings a wonderful spirituality to the course, yet at the same time is firmly grounded in science, with a strong focus on Anatomy and Physiology. Denise would like to teach the world Yoga, and is going about it one teacher training course at a time!
Course location, cost and dates. The course starts on February 17th 2007 and runs over 9 monthly weekends, with one 4 day intensive included to enhance and deepen your daily practice. We have an excellent location in Pure Health Yoga & Health centre in Ongar, Dublin 15. Full cost of the course is €1,500. 5% discount on full fees paid before December1st 2006. A deposit of 40% is needed to guarantee your place by 1/1/07, with a further 40% payable on or before start day. The remaining 20% is due by mid term. A list of dates etc is available on request.
